Tech firm tripling its Addison regional office

A tech firm is tripling its Addison office operations.

Cyxtera Technologies has leased an additional 30,913 square feet at Addison Circle One on the Dallas North Tollway.

Cyxtera took control of its original office in Addison Circle last May when it acquired Brainspace Corp. It’s growing the regional office to 45,000 square feet with the expansion.

The Miami-based company also operates two data centers in Dallas.

"Dallas is an important market and center of operations for us," Randy Rowland, president of Data Center Services for Cyxtera, said in a statement. "This new space will support a world-class executive briefing center and accommodate our expanding Texas workforce."

Baron Aldrine, Mike Kay and Campbell Puckett of CBRE negotiated the lease with Trey Smith and Chris Taylor with Cushman & Wakefield.

"Cyxtera came to us looking for the ideal space for their growing company, something that would allow them to provide first-class amenities that would appeal to their growing workforce as well as promote their products and services," Aldrine said.

Addison Circle One is a 289,340 square-foot 10-story office building owned by Franklin Street Properties.
